About Us

Located in Elkhart, Indiana, Engineered Bonded Structures & Composites, Inc., is ideally located

to serve the needs of the growing RV industry. But we do so much more!

EBSC was founded by Ben Pearson to design, fabricate and laminate specialty buses and motor homes.

Since incorporation in October, 2006, we have been involved in numerous federal government and international contracts

and have expanded our capabilities, experience and knowledge as we continue to meet and exceed our clients' needs.

In 2017 we outgrew our initial location and moved across town to a larger campus.

Now, we're looking to expand our facility on-site in order to increase our capabilities

and to equip us with the space we'll need to be able to provide our clients

with a variety of innovative solutions made possible by our newly-developed, state-of-the-art technology.

In addition to our current fabrication and repair work in automobiles, RV's, buses and specialty vehicles,

we're looking to apply our expertise and innovative thinking to the growing housing industry.

Ben Pearson, our Founder and President,

is a current resident of Dallas, Texas;

but Elkhart is his home away from home.

Throughout his career,

Ben has been involved in a variety of fields,

from (inter)national sales and distribution

to refrigeration and insulation

and now fabrication and lamination;

he's always worked in collaboration

with the best minds in each industry

to develop and pioneer new ways

to build better products.

Thirty years ago, Ben founded

Radiant Technology & Composites, Inc.,

in Dallas, Texas.

RT&C designs and manufactures

thermal and acoustical insulating technology,

originally derived from extensive work with NASA.

These products impact various industries,

including housing, heavy equipment, aircraft,

boating, RV's, buses and automobiles, and oil fields.

EBSC distributes RT&C insulation to customers

throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
